I ordered these crazy bright Basic Grey paper from the Flourishes store last week called Sweet Threads. I wouldn't normally put so many patterned papers together but that is what the sketch called for so I just did it!
My flower is die cuts from the PTI set Beautiful Blooms 2 layered and curled up at the tips. I also used my banner boarder die to cut both the border pieces. Cardstock is from PTI in Kraft and Spring Mist. Here is the sketch for Sketchbook Saturday.
Hope you are all having a wonderful week so far. It has been a good bit cooler here in the last week and dreary. Not sure what is going on. We are supposed to warm back up in the next few days and I am sure I will be complaining about being too hot then.

These colors almost pop off the card. It's a wonderful mix and match and I love the use of vibrant colors. The flower is oh so pretty; I love the way you built it with different colors!

what a treat Heather to see your card with these vibrant colors! I know what you mean about the brighter shades. I swear my hand and eye pull all the distressed/shabby papers first. Wow, love that BG paper. This my favourite "summer" card from you so far. Love the soft schemes you do, but when you use bright colours... you sure know how to give it some zest.
