Happy Monday!
Did everyone have a good weekend? Didn't do much here but sit at home and make some cards. It either rained or was dreary outside. Which is why my photos are not that great. I can't complain too much..it is getting warmer.
The card I made today was for the Just Us Girls sketch challenge and the color challenge was from the lovely Melissa Phillips' blog photo color challenge.
I found this old Daisy D's paper in one of my storage cubes. I thought the patterned paper covers all the colors in the photo. How lucky was that? Since we are moving soon, I am coming across all kinds of oldies but goodies. I thought the scalloped circle's pattern looks similar to the pattern around the color inspiration photo....kinda lacy.

ReplyDeleteHeather darling this is yet another beauty. Thanks for the sweet comment you left for me, I do feel better and hope it continues, having had migraines yourself, there is no need for me to tell you how horrible they are. As for you wish to have tea with me, the feeling is mutual darling, I will love to sit down for tea and talk with you...may be one day. Have a week filled with blessings.

This is so pretty. Where did you find that ribbon? I love it's scrunchiness. I have a little of my daisyd's paper left and have decided not to hoard it, lol. I don't have a source for it locally and I'm trying hard not to order online since I have so much in my stash already. :( Thanks for stopping by and leaving a comment. The sun is finally shining here and should stay that way the rest of the week.
