Hello! I am back today to share with you my first project as DT for Bring Beautiful Back at Flourishes. I can tell you that I almost fell off my chair when I received the email from Julie asking me if I wanted to be a part of this very talented group of ladies. So, I said "yes"! Wouldn't you?
DECEMBER (December 1) Deck the Halls Beautiful: For this month’s Bringing Back Beautiful Challenge, use beauty in stamping to create an accent piece for a table, a mantle, a decoration or any kind of home décor. ‘Tis the season for stamping and entertaining –so let’s see if you can create a match made in heaven by using both! Link up your Bringing Back Beautiful creation here (link to post) to enter. If you upload to SCS, please use the keyword BBB05. You have until December 31st to enter! As we unveil our challenge for next month, we’ll share our True Beauties – those card makers who wowed us with this challenge! Winners will be featured on the Flourishes Blog and will receive a True Beauty blog button to display proudly on their blog!
I fell in love with this candle I saw when I was at Wal Mart. It is a Paula Dean candle with this beautiful lid and handle. You can use it in your own house or as you see here I made a cute little tag to go on the side if you wanted to give it to someone as a gift for their house. I used the Vintgae Postcard set and just did a little coloring and a little Martha Stewart Snow. What do you think?
