There are so many wonderful sentiments in this set. That is why I bought it. Then I put it on the shelf and never used it. I used my Basic Grey Basics Manilla and My Minds Eye Home papers. I glittered up that pretty flower using some Martha Stewart Crystal Fine. I also used my Copics R20 Blush, R32 Peach, and E00 Pale Fruit Pink in the order from darkest for the center to lightest to the edge.
I am honestly ashamed of how many sets that I haven't used in so long. I have been trying to pull out the old stuff and bring it back. Nothing is worse than dusty stamps. So sad!
I also used the sketch at Sweet Sunday sketches. Perfect sketch for what I wanted to do.
Thanks so much for stopping byHave a wonderful week
Heather

ReplyDeleteOh, my goodness...I've missed 3 posts. I came to check on you because I knew you would be blog hopping with Papertrey...but you've been busy, girl!! Love this, and I thought this set had a lot of potential a release time. I loved your card for your friend, and really, really loved the Waltzingmouse card (even without "the wave"--had to laugh at that--although I must admit, the one I'm working on has "the wave"--so don't make fun of me!!). LOVED those greens...a little different for you, I think...but they look so gorgeous together! Lovely!!
