To My Friend

Hello my sweets.  I am totally bummed.  I broke one of my new light tent light bulbs.  I knocked over the light and it burnt out.  I almost cried.  I can't find a bulb that works properly at my local Home Depot.  I guess I am going to have to order some.  So until then you will have to stick with me here and look at my not so great photos again.  Sigh!

This card is for the sketch at Flourishes.  I am getting in at the last minute.  The challenge ends in the morning.  Whew!  I used the stamp set from Flourishes called From The Garden.   A little Basic Grey paper from the stack called Sugared, Seam Binding from Memrie Mare, and Pink Pearls from Want 2 Scrap.
I am still fuming over the light bulb.  I hope I don't have to wait very long for it to come in.

    love the new blog design. Sorry about the light bulb. That is a bummer. I just ordered a light tent at Amazon and can't wait to get because taking pictures during the winter hours is awful. Your card is fab! I love the soft pink and greens. Lovely!

    Uggg!! That totally bites about your bulb! :( did you try your local camera store? If they don't have them, might be able to direct you somewhere local so you don't have to wait or pay shipping. Worth a phone call or two :)
    On the upside, your card is gorgeous and your blog is super pretty too! They kinda coordinate :)

    Ohhh... so very sorry about your bulb-break! I could cry with ya... now, nevermind, your card is pretty with or without the light tent :) ... I love the pinks!! and the touch of green in the patterned paper. I used that paper once and the card looked way uglier than what you've done. Beautiful, as expected from you, heather! <3

    What a gorgeous card Heather. I totally sympathize with you regarding the light tent bulb. My dog actually yanked one of the lights down and the bulb broke and I couldn't find one to match. :( My husband ended up buying 2 (so they could match) from Home Depot and I'm back in business!
