Thinking of You Today and Always

Hello.  So this is the week that I have a lot to share with you.  I made a card using the new set from PTI called Iconic Images that was a special purchase during the Stamp-a-Faire event on July 23rd-24th.  I love the pretty vase full of flowers.  So I decided to use it as my focal image on my card for Sketchbook Saturday.


I really like having some stamps that I just ink up and away I go.  No coloring.  It makes for a quick card.  Don't get me wrong.  I LOVE to color.  I will have one of those to share Tuesday.  :)

DP: Basic Grey/Hello Lucious and BoBunny/ Gabrielle
Ribbon: PTI Luxe Satin in Aqua Mist
Twine and Buttons: PTI Rustic Jute and Fine Linen
Border Die: PTI Banner Border Die
Inks: PTI Hawaiian Shores, Simply Chartreuse, Ripe Avacado, Summer Sunrise, Melon Berry
Other: Sewing Machine

    Oh, look at this stamp... drool! I love to play around with solid images too, as much as colouring is always close to my heart. You did a wonderful job mixing the inks, the shading on the jug looks terrific!

    I love the arched panel as your main focus and the vase of flowers is sooo pretty--it looks as though you painted it by hand rather than used a stamp! I like that the three buttons are all a little different, and it appears that they are strung together. Great look, beautiful card.
