This week at Flourishes Timeless Tuesday, Beate is our challenge hostess and she is challenging us to use the Telescope Technique. You stamp your image two or three times and cut it smaller every time for a layered look. I chose the Gerber Daisy set and cut it using the Petite Ovals Sm and Petite Ovals Scalloped sm.
I used the Lenten Rose and Sunflower Collection sold in the Flourishes store.
Other Supplies:
Cardstock: PTI Rustic Cream, Kraft & X Press It paper
Patterned Paper: My Minds Eye
Ribbon: Hug Snug Seam Binding
Twine: PTI Rustic Cream
Copics: G21, G24(stems)
I hope you take a few minutes to stop by and see what the rest of the design team has created.

Heather, love your beautiful card. The gerber image works great with the oval dies. Love the coloring and sponging. Will have to use sponging on the layers when I do this technique again. Really makes a difference.

ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful card and daisies Heather! Your coloring and telescoping image are amazing! Merry Christmas and a happy new year!
ReplyDeleteWow, Heather! This is beautiful!!! I love the pink and yellows together and your telescoping technique is perfect. Tags for all your gifts??? That would be torture for me right now. Our traditions change as our DD get older. Her elf, Jackson, visits us every year for about two weeks, bringing little gifts and playing pranks, and we also have a Jesse tree for her. The only thing I make that never changes at Christmas is a bread and butter pudding. It's so rich, all anyone can eat is two or three bites, so it goes a long way, but it's the first thing I'm asked to make each year. Hope you have a Merry, Merry Christmas!!! ~Hugs, Cheryl
