We don't know how strong we are...

Hello!  Are you having a great week so far?  I have been busy working and had to take some time last night to make a couple cards for 2 coworkers.  A lady that I work directly with had her mother pass away 3 weeks ago, then a week and a half later her sister passed away.  Then the man in HR had his father pass away the day before Easter, then his grandfather (dad's father) passed away a week after that!  They were in need of a little pick me up, so I made these using some MFT goodies.

HERS

Die-namics: Faux Crochet border, Fringed Perennial flower die,  Botanical Beauty flower dieVertical Gettings stamp and die set

I used the new Echo Park This & That paper for both cards.  When I found the set used on his card I was so happy.  It is not easy to find masculine paper.  It is very retro!  I had a hard time getting the bolder words to stamp evenly.  I tried Memento Rich Brown on his and Versamark Jumbo Java on hers.  Maybe I need to find an eraser see if that will help the stamp to stamp better.

HIS

 Die Namics: Postage Stamp Edge

I used a sketch from a couple weeks ago.  The good thing about MFTWSC is that it is never too late to play.  This sketch worked perfectly for the set that I wanted to use.

Thanks so much for stopping by,
Heather
