Enjoy your special day

I had a little fun crafty time on Monday and made this sweet butterfly card.  I am always in need of Birthday cards so that is what I went for first.  When I sat down to create this card I knew I wanted to use some of my horribly neglected PTI dies.  I ended up with a combination of PTI and MFT products.  Although I will not be ordering from PTI anymore due to poor customer service and extremely delayed shipping, I will continue to use what I have spent my hard earned money on.  I had pretty much abandoned all things PTI over the last couple months and have been having a crafty good time spending my money at MFT.  I just ordered the VIP kit last night and I already received notification that it has been sent!  Now that is what I call AMAZING customer service.


I used a pretty border die and tab from MFT and the sweet butterflies and doily are PTI.  That amazing felt is also found in the MFT store along with the Natural colored cardstock that is my NEW favorite and the Blossom twine.



I played along with the Sweet Stop sketch and there is a "spin" that you must include dies or punches.  I am pretty sure I have that covered here.  :)

    just beautiful! i love the layers on the butterfly. I, too, have been disappointed with PTI's customer service and am trying to wean myself from them. ;) i will have to take a look at MFT because they have some really cute dies and stamps as well.

    What a sweet card Heather! I love all of your pretty die cuts and layers. I bought this paper pad too, love this sheet with the tiny berries the best!

    Great card! To us in Europe it is very hard to get the PTI stuff, where MFT is available. But it is a pity as PTI designs many beautiful sets...

    Oooo, I love this and that adorable tiny print in the background. I do love this natural cardstock, too. You use it lots, I'm thinking. Like a really soft Kraft color??? Really like it! Pretty card!

    Oh my goodness what a sweet card. I love the wonderful papers you used and the stitching look fabulous..

    I survived Ice Skating.. YA...
    Much to my surprise I didn't fall once. Just a lot slower than I use to be. But let me tell you, boy were my legs sore the next day.

    It is lovely heather...I have heard that about pti from many people. I am scared to order from them anymore for that reason. I have ordered once from mft and liked them and also Wplus9....very fast shipping and Dawn rocks. I will check out the felt. hugs, cherry
