Peace and Joy/ SFYTT

Hello again.  I told you I would be back.  I made another card using my wonderful new set from Flourishes  called Christmas Classics.  I found a great sketch that worked perfectly with what I had on my desk.  I colored this image the other day and had the papers picked out.  I just didn't have a great sketch to go with my image.  Until today.
I found the sketch at SFYTT.  She has some great sketches.  Not sure how I hadn't found this site before.  Maybe I just didn't pay attention very well.  Which is highly possible.  hehe


I wanted to use pink for the bow.  Something different.  I also used my Tim Holtz distress ink in Tattered Rose for the inside shading on my Spellbinder die.

This set is also supposed to be used with Labels 15 or 16 but I don't have those and it fit perfectly inside my Labels Three die.  I did finally get a hold of Labels 14 so I will have to play around and make something with it today or tomorrow.  ;)

    FABULOUS; the way you colored the image...you're definitely talented :)
    Love the color of green from your papers on this Chritsmas card. It looks fresh, elegant and also a bit nostalgic and vintage. Perfect!

    What a cute card! The Flourishes stamp set is so pretty and works quite well with many different die labels. Love the versatility and the pretty papers and colors of your card.
