You've Been So sweet

Let me just say I love how this turned out.  I made this for my dear sweet blog friend Patty from Sewing Seeds 4 You.  She made my mom the sweetest gift.  A lovely handmade heart pillow with the most wonderful sentiment on it.  As you know if you visit here often my mom has a brain tumor and Patty has been such a sweet friend for me.  So I made this card for her.
I used the pretty butterfly background stamp from PTI....love it.
And I had the perfect sentiment for her card too.  I also made this pin.
I just wanted to let all my blog friends know that I am very grateful to have you and thank you for all your thoughts and prayers for my mom.  They must be working because she is doing very well considering what she is going through.  Radiation is 5 days a week and chemo every day.  She is an amazing woman.  I can only hope and pray I would be as strong as she, if I were in her place.

Thanks you for all your support her in my little blog world.

((Big Hugs))

Heather

Luv, I simply don't know how to thank you for your friendship, for your kind and sweet comments and for your sincere good wishes and prayers. You are one of a kind and I am ever so blessed to have you as a friend.

Heather darling, I am so glad to hear that your mum is doing well on her treatment. I pray for your mum every night and read a special prayer for both your mum and Lady R. My friend is doing better this week. She has colon and ovarian cancer and had to have surgery to remove part of her colon and a complete hysterectomy. She still has an opened wound and is very weak so the cancer center oncologist recommended for her to start her chemo no sooner than June 20th. She is due to receive 6 months of chemo administered through a port for 3 hour session each. So it is an uphill battle for her. I will continue to pray for both your mum and Lady R as I have so far. Take care darling and stay strong.

Gorgeous card! I am inspired to cut into my currently-being-hoarded thrift shop papers. Your family is in my thoughts, as my family went through the same ordeal. donna
