I also stitched on top of the card. Another sure way of adding to a shabby card. And I used 2 different Glimmer Mist colors to the doily. Wheatfields and Gold. I love how the black stitching looks as a contrast to the bright yellow paper.

Yep! This is the post where my big response disappeared! Fabulous card...even though all your cards are great it's so obvious this is where you are most comfortable! I wish I could borrow some of that mojo! I love vintage in my life...but it's not my card style...why is that? It's too weird! Maybe I have multiple personalities!
