Timeless Tuesday / Celebrate Your Day

Hello.  I am back with another Flourishes Timeless Tuesday post.  This week Cindy is our challenge hostess and she has challenged us to make a center step card.  I really like how this turned out.  I am sure you will have fun with this too.

I think this is one of my favorite Flourishes sets.  It is called With Gratitude, and you can find out how to purchase it HERE.  I hate to admit that I had to look up this flower.  I am a big gardener and usually know all flowers.  This one had me stumped.  From what I can find, I believe these are Canterbury Bells.

I just ordered myself a bigger and better light tent.  I have a 10' tent and smaller side lights.  A lot of times the wrinkled sides show in the pictures and that drives me crazy.  The tent I just ordered is a 17" with two, two bulb lights.  You can find it HERE.  I sure hope this makes for better pictures.  I also have a HUGE 30" tent so I think those lights will work for either tent.  I have yet to use the big one.  My 12 yr old son can sit in it...that is how BIG it is!

A couple close ups so you can see the details.  I love how the darker cardstock makes the image pop off the card.

STUNNING card, Heather! I just LOVE it! I will have to try this centre step card out sometime! LOVE the gorgeous colours you chose, too!

I hope your photo tent works out well for you...I believe mine is 17" and so far, I think it is great for my needs...I didn't have one until December...I was a slave to daylight, LOL...which is bad for a night owl like myself!

Hugs,
Naomi

Your ioea to use darker carstock makes the flowers even more pop. And they have something subtle and look so real. Fabulous coloring;love the design of your card too.
Keep us posted about the light tent. I am thinking about buying one myself; I am now using my daylight lamp and an off white wall in my living room :)
