Greetings

Hello everyone.  How are you all doing tonight?  I have a little cabin fever.  I can't stand being stuck inside.  The roads are still not very good.  I made a card tonight for The Playdate Cafe.  My pink is a little lighter than the pink called for.  Hope that is ok Julie.  I had a heck of a time with this ribbon.  It was so silky.  It just didn't want to stay where I put it.  It is silky on both sides not just one like most.  Anyway, onto the card.

I guess I am hooked on these doily's.  I can't stop using them.  I also keep the ribbon that comes on anything.  You would be surprised how much ribbon is on all kinds of things.
Cardstock: Wasau
Patterned paper: Basic Grey
Doily: Hobby Lobby
Crystals: Hero Arts
Chipboard: K and Company
Ribbon:  Came off of something I bought??
Button: JoAnn
Pin: JoAnn
Thanks for stopping by my blog.  I appreciate all comments.  Have a great night.
Heather

Great card! I like working with the little doilies, too...guess cause they remind me of vintage! I see you're from Iowa :) ME TOO!!!

Love this card; it's so feminine and frilly. I keep the ribbon from packaging now too. I bought a blanket that had wide ribbon type fabric wrapped around it and has velcro-type pieces at each end. I don't have a clue what I'll do with it but I sure couldn't throw it away! That's why I've got so much JUNK; I just know that absolutely everything will come in handy someday!!!

Have a great Friday Heather!!

Beautiful entry, Heather! So glad you are able to play along with us at The Play Date Cafe!

I would suppose with all the snow you got, you may only be able to stay in and stamp....oh, what problems we have in the Midwest, huh?!

:)
